Visual identity for US based volunteering organisation comprising more that 200 agencies around the world, collecting and treating data transmitted from satellites. The central office of IGS is supported by NASA.
The main inspiration of the logo is the structure of a satellite. It's parts are simplified into geometrical clearly understandable shapes. On various style objects "a path of an orbit" appears next to the logo. Due to this path the satellite "revolves" around the document sheet, envelopes, etc. Playful geometric forms coming from the modules of the logo are additional elements of the visual identity.
